When did you meet and month/year of marriage: We started dating in 2003 while we were in high school. 10 years later we were married in May of 2013.

Information on your home/community: We live a 3 bedroom townhouse in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Our home is in walking distance to the elementary school and several parks.
Number of children: We are hoping to adopt our one and only child.
Pets: Iggy is an old distinguished gentleman of 6 lbs. He is a terrier mix, is still spunky, loves to go on walks in the summer, and loves to cuddle by your side at night.
Desired contact with a birth family: Though we hope to have continued relationship with the birth parent(s), we are open to whatever you are comfortable with.
In one sentence, why do you want to adopt a child? As long as we have been together we have wanted to be parents and are hoping to complete our family.
Childhood Memory: Steve: Spending time with my cousins renting a beach house in Michigan City, IN in the summertime.
Kristin: Camping with my family in our pop-up camper every summer in Wisconsin Dells, WI.
