Connie Jaurez, LCSW

Connie Jaurez graduated with her MSW from Loyola University Chicago in 2017. She
began her social work career as a bilingual home visitor/case manager on the north
side of Chicago for Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Chicago. Through home visiting
Connie found her passion to support mothers and babies. She became a LCSW in
2021 and continued her career at Rush University Medical Center as care manager
in the Ambulatory Care Department. Connie joined the Hopeful Beginnings team in
August 2022 as a bilingual maternity social worker. She enjoys spending time with
family and friends at concerts or at sport events.
