Emily P. Teen Parenting Coordinator

Emily is a dedicated educator with a passion for fostering inclusive learning environments for students of all ages and backgrounds. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an ESL endorsement, and an Early Childhood Certificate. Before joining Hopeful Beginnings, Emily spent 11 years teaching elementary school, followed by 6 years developing social-emotional curricula and creating tools to help educators build inclusive classroom communities.

Now serving as the Teen Parent Coordinator, Emily is excited to apply both her professional expertise and personal experiences to support teen parents as they navigate the transition into parenthood and adulthood.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family—including her three sons and husband—and enjoying activities like walking her dog, baking, listening to audiobooks, and exploring her new passion for gardening.
