Humera holds a BSW from Northeastern Illinois University and an MSW from Dominican University. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults in improving their mental health and well-being using CBT, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation. In her free time, she enjoys reading, journaling, spending time with her cats, and watching anime, K-dramas, and C-dramas.
