Natalie Rodriguez has an extensive background serving mothers and children, giving her an automatic leap into being a seasoned Executive Director for Hopeful Beginnings of St. Mary’s Services. She graduated from UIC with a B.A. in Latin American and Latino Studies. Additionally, she earned her Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in nonprofit administration from Northwestern University. She has spent six years as a program administrator and grant writer at FIND/PI, a local home visiting program. She is bilingual in Spanish/English and has worked with the Latino community for over 15 years. She and her husband have 3 energetic, beautiful young boys and a lovable bulldog named Ani. She resides in Mt. Prospect.
