Julia K, MSW,LCSW

Julia is a licensed clinical social worker with years of hands-on experience in supporting individuals and families through challenging circumstances. Her journey in social work is driven by a compassionate approach for helping people see dignity and worth in themselves, while striving to create a lasting positive change. Julia graduated from Aurora University with a master’s in social work in 2019. Julia started at Hopeful Beginnings as an intern during her master’s program in 2018. She has worked in every program at Hopeful Beginnings; from teen parenting to post-partum counseling, to adoption, and now is the Clinical Supervisor at Hopeful Beginnings. She has been described by previous clients as compassionate, empathetic, kind, and genuine. In her free time, she loves baking, organizing and designing, and spending time with her family and friends.
