Virtual and In Person Counseling

Hopeful Beginnings is working in coordination with the CDC guidelines in providing free counseling services for women that we serve. First of all, all of our counseling services are free of charge either virtually or in person.  Women now have the choices to pick the type of counseling that they feel are best for their personal situation. We serve women throughout the State of Illinois as well as locally.  We are located in Palatine, Illinois.  Many women wish to come into the office to have their counseling done in person and also access our Free Baby Closet. Baby Closet includes clothing for children ages 0 to 4 as well as diapers, wipes, pacifiers, and formula. Those needing all formula are assisted to tap into the local resource of WIC. WIC provides monthly formula for infants needing total nutrition. Our social workers can assist you in your application process.  Hopeful Beginnings offers extra formula if you need additional formula that WIC is unable to provide. We do understand that there have been recalls of formula and are aware of all of these recalls.  Our staff is diligent in checking expiration dates and recalls for your baby’s safety. Hospitals are still masking as to keeping people safe. You are welcome to come into the office for your counseling as long as you or your child does not have a fever, runny nose, or body aches.  Your counselor will be taking your temperature to ensure the safety of all.
